Docker: Error response from daemon: could not select device driver "" with capabilities: [[gpu]]

I'm using Windows 11, used WSL and tried the docker commands, only to get the error in the title. I have an RTX 4090 and do all sorts of other machine learning stuff with it. I guess it didn't detect my driver or GPU.
